Where can you dine on 7 courses from 7 of Melbourne's top restaurants with 7 matched wines, looked after by 8 top hospitality professionals -The 2012 Melbourne Front of House All Stars Dinner that’s where!
As part of the 20th Melbourne Food and Wine Festival we have a fantastic evening planned. For one night only 8 of Melbourne 's best Front of House Stars will come together to create a wonderful dinner experience and raise funds for StreetSmart. The All Stars will present dishes from their establishments matched to a favourite wine. A unique opportunity to savour the best that Melbourne hospitality has to offer in one place on one night.
All proceeds from the dinner will be donated to StreetSmart Australia. Special thanks to Cutler and Co for hosting this years event and our Wonderful All Star Team. PLUMM have generously supplied the glassware for the evening.
MC for the evening will be Erez Gordon (Bistro Bruno, Sydney) – Front of House Legend!
