Il Centro, Brisbane has won our National Fundraiser of the Year 2008 Award with Longrain and Il Solito Posto winning our State Awards.  Results just in show over $260,000 was raised through our fundraising in 2008-09, up 20% on 2007-08. 

Results, just in, show we raised $260,000 through our fundraising in 2008, this is a welcome increase of 20% on the previous year.  Since 2003 StreetSmart has raised over $730,000 plus $100,000 for Bush Fire Survivors.   100% of these donations are distributed.    Il Centro Restaurant in Brisbane has won the National and Queensland Fundraiser of the Year 2008 Award with Longrain and Il Solito Posto winning their State Awards.  GPO Restaurant in Bendigo was our Regional Fundraiser of the Year.   This year we have acknowledged the efforts of our top 10 Restaurant Fundraisers in each State and also 5 Special Community Awards. All our Award winners and their diners who donated need a huge THANKS.
