2008 A Record Year!

$260,000 raised to support grassroots projects during 2008-09, and $100,000 raised for Bush Fire Survivors.

Great news, our restaurant event during the 6 weeks to Christmas 2008 and other fundraising during 2008/09 collected more donations than any previous year. Supporters of StreetSmart helped raise over $260,000 and our tally since 2003 is now more than $730,000.   The campaign ran in Victoria, NSW/ACT  and Queensland and we will be distributing 100% of all donations through our community grants.  See our story on Top fundraisers.  During February StreetSmart also partnered with the Restaurant and catering Assoc of Victoria and helped to raise just over $100,000 for Bush Fire Victims.
