’07 off to a ripper start!

Coast restaurant in Sydney was the location for the ’07 launch and our friends the Sydney Street Choir made sure it was a great success.

Last week the Sydney Street Choir (grant recipients in 2007) helped launch the ’07 campaign in Sydney.

Coast Restaurant in Cockle Bay Wharf was the venue kindly donated for the night by Tim Connell. Janni Kyritsis our StreetSmart Ambassador created a very special dinner with Jonathan Barthelmess. The whole crew at Coast laid on a great night. Sponsorship from the night, when added to a previous donation from Moet-Hennessy and a further private donation, means the NSW campaign has already raised $23,000, close to the 2006 total of $31,000 — and we haven’t even started the ’07 campaign.

Well done to the great NSW Committee – a huge effort already!
