Join up for 2007 — ‘StreetSmart restaurants change lives’

We are busy recruiting restaurants for the 2007 campaign with the message ‘StreetSmart restaurants change lives’.

Top chef Janni Kyritsis joins the team this year as StreetSmart Ambassador (joining Cath Claringbold, Teague Ezard and Sam Christie) to encourage restaurants to sign up for 2007.

On hearing about StreetSmart Janni said, ‘StreetSmart is such a wonderful way for us to come together to help out.  We can affect the lives of those living in crisis; that has to be worthwhile. I’d like to see the industry get behind this and make a huge impact on the community’.

Over the past four campaigns, many StreetSmart restaurants have led from the front and shown that, through partnering with their diners, they have made a huge impact on their local communities. We’ve helped the homeless to sing, we’ve helped the homeless to play, we’ve helped the homeless to study, and much, much more.
